He is Krishna Somanah, and he has brought years of teaching experience and knowledge to the classroom
here at AICJ. For sixteen years, Krishna Somanah, who was born in Mauritius, has been an IB math and theory of knowledge teacher at
top schools around the world. He has now been teaching at AICJ for two years, and has become a favorite teacher
of many students. His theory of knowledge class has been teaching students to think more critically about what they
already know. It is a class that might challenge one's beliefs, and give justifications to what we claim to know.
Krishnah is an advocate for peace education, an avid soccer fan and loves to cook local Mauratian dishes.
