◎　Handling of grades and college counselling guidance
◎　Tuition related information and charges
◎　Consent or permission of individual and parents concerned will be requested relating to the disclosure of student study related information

The school will not disclose or provide any personal information to any third party, without the consent or permission of the individual and parents concerned. A minimum amount of personal information will be disclosed to organisations for the purpose of national achievement testing, tuition charges etc. Depending on the nature of the inquiry AICJ Oshu Educational Foundation may need to check the identity of the enquiring party to confirm that they are the individual concerned.
