AICJ English house is not just an ordinary dormitory, but a new type of educational facility, where students can cultivate English speaking skills and learn good leaning habits in a regulated environment to help them achieve academic success. This type of facility is particularly helpful for students that may lack confidence in English, find it difficult to study independently at home or require a boarding option to reduce commuting time.
At AICJ English House、there are native English speaking staff so students can benefit from an immersion type environment. English conversation lessons are provided 5 days a week to promote and develop boarding students English speaking ability.
Students study in the study room. Here they learn good study habits in a competitive environment. Younger and older students also have the opportunity to mentor and support each other by studying among each other. It is compulsory for students to study 2hrs each night.
A student leader is selected from the SHS group to manage the dormitory. Every morning and evening the leader is responsible for conducting a briefing and meeting once a week to discuss information relating to the dormitory and its students. Having students involved in dormitory management helps them to develop independence and leadership skills.

※ During long periods of holiday such as winter and summer holidays students cannot stay at AICJ English House but are still required to pay the monthly fee.
※ Meals are provided by AICJs recommended caterer. The monthly fee is 30,000円 approx to be paid by direct debit to the caterer designated bank account.
